I have been fortunate to have had wonderful teachers to guide me, and enjoy
working with the members of the Australian Enamellers Association when we
get together for a day of experimentation. I envy the younger enamellers
their years ahead to explore and experiment with enamels. There is nothing
more liberating than making a mistake when enamelling, and so deciding to
head in a completely different direction with the piece involved.
